Situated on the 36th floor of the Moxy building, Gallery Thirtysix is a space where contemporary art and the night converge, offering visitors an immersive cultural experience amidst the shimmering skyline of downtown Los Angeles. As part of the sophisticated Level8 entertainment complex, envisioned by Mark and Jonnie Houston of Houston Hospitality, the gallery has carved out its own distinct place in the city’s cultural landscape since its debut in February 2024.

Under the astute direction of Ty Joseph and the curatorial eye of Julia Mozheyko, Gallery Thirtysix presents an evolving dialogue in contemporary art, framing each piece within the context of both physical and metaphorical elevation. The gallery’s panoramic 360-degree views not only encapsulate the luminous sprawl of Los Angeles at night but also serve as a metaphor for the far-reaching perspectives that the exhibited works inspire.

Open to the public during curated events, the gallery also offers exclusive viewings by appointment, creating an intimate and contemplative setting for deeper engagement with the art.
