JM Art Management together with John Paul Fauves and Popovy Sisters at STYLE Fashion Week
Designers, artists, models, socialites and celebrities from across the globe will attend the weeklong series of undoubtedly unforgettable runway shows, live performances and art installations.
Style Fashion Week, The Official Fashion Week of Los Angeles, returns to the Pacific Design Center on October 12th - 15th after an incredibly successful season at the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum in New York. Throughout the four-day event, guests can expect this season’s must-see shows, unforgettable performances and exclusive installations.
The Pacific Design Center, who recently announced itself as the new office space for WeWork, is the home to Style Fashion Week for the second year in a row. Los Angeles Confidential Magazine will join SFW for the Fall 2017 season as our print media partner along with KTLA who will be working as the official media partner. Style Fashion Week additionally announced a presenting partnership with Vezt Inc., who’s app allows artists choose percentages of the rights to their songs to offer for sale to fans, friends, rights-buyers and brands through an app-based platform that employs blockchain technology to track and collect royalty income. Notorious Pink will be providing sensational, blush-toned rosé for the event.
On October 12th, guests can expect in an extraordinary interactive art installation, as artwork by glorious John Paul Fauves and the Popovy Sisters comes to life.
John Paul Fauves
Costa Rican contemporary artist John Paul Fauves’ work is full of meaning and critique; covered in color and intensity. Both his alias and his style are influenced by Fauvism, but his game of faces, tones and brushstrokes add a vibrant touch of singularity. He has shown Internationally and has been featured in many publications including Forbes Magazine.
Popovy Sisters
Extravagant creations of award-winning art-doll designers, twin sisters Elena and Ekaterina Popovy, they portray emotions, feminine beauty, history and surreal reality.
